How can I pay for my entries?

Each club can determine what methods are available for exhibitors to pay with.  Generally exhibitors get a choice to pay via Credit Card, Bank Cards, PayPal account, ECHECK or send a check via mail.  Some clubs, but not all, also allow exhibitors to pay at the door for their entries.

 

Does it cost to use ECLERK as an exhibitor?

 

            No.  ECLERK is absolutely free for exhibitors to use.

Is ECLERK secure?

Yes. ECLERK incorporates the latest in web based security including SSL encryption to keep all your information safe.  Your personal information is never sold to third parties and is always keep confidential according to our privacy policy.  You can use ECLERK safely and securely.

Once I confirm my entry can I make modifications?

 

          Modifications can be made to your entries by contacting your show s entry clerk.   He/She will have full edit capabilities and can add additional entries or items with ease.  You can then login to your account and verify the changes and even pay with Credit Card, Bank Card or PayPal account instantly.

How long does it take to get my club s show listed on ECLERK?

 

ECLERK can have your club s show listed in as little as one day.  Simply contact eclerk via email at eclerk@eclerkshows.com with your current show flier and we will do the rest.

 

 

How much does ECLERK cost?

 

          ECLERK is very cost effective.  ECLERK can be your complete show entry management tool. You will get the exhibitor entry feature as well as a special account that allows your entry clerk to manage all the data, print reports, and generate Exhibitor and Judges Catalogs.  Accepting credit cards is a proven way to increase sales and your cat show is no exception.  If just one exhibitor decides to bring an extra entry or buy an extra grooming space because of the ability to use a credit cards you will have covered most of the cost of using ECLERK.  See the table below for additional information or contact eclerk@eclerkshows.com.

 

 

 

How does my club collect Credit Card transactions from exhibitors?

 

          ECLERK handles all the setup and management of Credit Card processing along with our Credit Card processing partner PayPal.  Credit Card transactions made by exhibitors are immediately deposited into a special account and are accumulated until certain values or dates are reached.  Once these dollar amounts or dates are reached a check is cut to the club for the amount collected thus far.  For example, a club may have setup a schedule of every $500 to receive a check.  So once $500 is collected a check will be sent to the club from ECLERK with the total collected thus far minus the Credit Card Transaction Fee (described in the pricing table). Every $500 after that will result in another check from ECLERK to the club.  The final day of entries is usually when the most amount of money is collected from exhibitors.  Once the entry period has finalized the final check will be sent the following day with any remaining amounts collected (minus credit card fees).

Do I still need an entry clerk for my upcoming show if I use ECLERK?

 

Yes. ECLERK greatly simplifies the job of an entry clerk however the entry clerk is essential to a successful cat show.  ECLERK can provide an entry clerk if your show does not have one for an additional fee.

 

 

Do I still need my old software to print the Exhibitor and Judges Catalogs?

            No.  ECLERK is a complete tool that generates numerous reports.  Included are Credit Card Transactions Report, Judges Catalogs, Exhibitors Catalogs, Benching Request Report and more. There should be no need to use your old software. You will need a dot matrix printer if you plan on printing on the 3 piece ACFA Judges forms.
